resources, and love for HBCUs, students, student-athletes, academic scholarships, and celebrate Black History, Black Excellence, and Black Cultural Experiences. It is very important that we continue raising national awareness of our prestigious HBCUs and long legacy of academic and athletic achievement, and contributions to the great game of basketball. This annual HBCU All-Star Game was created to engage, empower, and elevate student athletes from HBCUs on the highest stage and provide exposure, access, recognition, opportunities, resources, and results”. On Sunday, April 7, all eyes will be on Phoenix for what will be an outstanding game and phenomenal celebration of the Best in Black College Basketball.”
“The game features the best college seniors in the nation while honoring basketball legends who paved the way for them, including Alvin Attles, Jr. (North Carolina A&T State University, CIAA), John Chaney, Bethune-Cookman University (SIAC), Robert Earl “Bob” Love, Southern University (SWAC), Leonard Eugene “Truck” Robinson, Tennessee State University (Independent), and Zelmo “Big” Beaty, Prairie View A&M University
